Course Overview

Lean Six Sigma Change Management Success is a comprehensive course that combines project management and team leadership elements to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and sustain high-performing teams. 


Over four weeks, you will enhance your understanding of team leadership through theories, concepts, and class exercises, enabling you to assess team members' skills and delegate roles effectively. With lessons, instructor insights, and peer discussions, you will gain the confidence to apply leadership strategies in complex project environments. 


Additionally, the course covers effective project management methods to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion, providing a strong foundation for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.


Course Format

Instructor-led week-to-week cadence, with assignments, discussion boards, and learning assessments (quizzes) opening on Monday and to be completed by the end of the week. This gives students flexibility to review materials at their leisure. Additionally, recorded lectures and video recordings are available to enhance learning objectives.
